Jack joined the Industrial Division in June, 1992 with strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Jack specializes in industrial and vacant land brokerage. He recently was awarded the CCIM designation and was named a Vice President of Colliers International.

Jack has completed over sixty (60) land transactions and twelve (12) build-to-suit sale or lease transactions. In addition, he has assisted eight (8) clients in Section 1031 Tax Exchanges.
